Canna-Banana Bread

This is a super simple recipe for cannabis-infused banana bread or canna-banana bread that will help make your morning coffee conversation much more interesting! – Enjoy

Gather up a couple of ripe bananas, your stash of infused coconut oil, some local honey, a couple of eggs, vanilla extract, flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Let’s do this..

1. Preheat oven 325° F. Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan 

2. In a large mixing bowl, beat:

1/3 Cannabis Infused Coconut Oil

1/2 Cup Honey

2 Eggs

1/3 Cup Warm Water

3. Stir in:

1 Cup Smashed Ripe Bananas

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

4. Then combine:

1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Cinnamon

5. Then slowly stir in:

1 3/4 Cup Flour (gluten-free ok too)

6. Fold in (optional):

Chocolate Chips, Walnuts, Peanuts, etc…

7. Bake for approx 60 minutes or until golden on top and cooked all the way through. Insert a toothpick and check to see if it comes out clean.

Let cool for 5 minutes and move to a cooling rack for 30 minutes before slicing… pass around while still warm!
